Short cut for Freeze Pane
ALT+W+F+F (windows 2007)
The same shortcut to be used for removing the pane.
Catch: If some rows or columns are hidden and thereafter you want to add or remove pane the same result in shutting down the excel like - Excel Not Responding.....
