How to Increase or Decrease Text Size in Word and Powerpoint without using mouse


All you got to do is select the text you want to increase or decrease and use:

CTRL ] (Press and hold CTRL Key and then press ] the no. of times you want to increase text size)

CTRL [ (Press and hold CTRL key and then press [ the no. of times you want to decrease text size)
